Embossing Thermal Lamination Film is a method of laminating multiple layers of film materials together by heat pressing and embossing them at the same time to increase the visual and tactile effects of the film. The following are the general steps of the preparation method of embossed thermal composite film:

Material preparation:
1. Substrate film: Prepare the film material to be used as the substrate. This can be a plastic film such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), etc.
2. Embossing mold: Prepare an embossing mold with the desired pattern. These molds can be metal or rubber products.

Preparation steps:
1. Hot-melt film: place the substrate film on the upper layer of the hot-melt laminating machine or pressing machine. This machine will be used to laminate the different film layers together in the next step.
2. Add embossing layer: Add the layer material to be embossed on one or both sides of the base film. These layers can be different plastic films such as BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene film) etc.
3. Hot-melt lamination: Under proper temperature and pressure, different film layers are hot-melted together to make them tightly bonded.
4. Embossing treatment: In the hot state of the composite film, it is sent into a heat press machine with an embossing mold. Under heat and pressure, the die will create the desired embossed pattern on the surface of the film.
5. Cooling and curing: The embossed composite film is cooled to allow it to solidify and hold the desired shape.
6. Cutting and post-processing: Cut the composite film to the required size, and perform necessary post-processing processes, such as roll packaging, packaging, etc.
